I’ve been following a “fitness inspiration” tumblr for a few weeks because I am ridiculously lame and it’s actually been really helpful. It’s basically just a lot of exercise tips and pictures of good healthy food. More than anything it’s reminded me that the end goal isn’t to work out 24 hours a day and eat 0 calories, which is sometimes hard to remember when you’re trying to get in shape (not that I do anything remotely resembling either of those things).
So, yeah! Helpful, healthy tumblr! Positivity! Awesome!
Did a little snooping on who runs the thing and it’s actually a very overweight 13 year old. I am mercilessly bummed out. Just bummed the fuck out.
Now every time I see a fitness tip I am going to cry my eyes out. Forever. It’s ruined.
